Photo upload agreement
By uploading your photo and providing your contact information below, you ("Client") and the creator of the lithophane ("Creator") agree to the following terms:
Copyright Ownership: The Client affirms and warrants that they are the copyright owner of the uploaded photo or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to authorize its use for the creation of the lithophane. Failure to provide proof of copyright ownership or necessary permissions will result in the rejection of the order.
Purpose of Use: The Client grants the Creator permission to use the uploaded photo solely for the purpose of creating the agreed-upon lithophane, as specified in this form.
Scope of Agreement: This agreement pertains only to the specific lithophane order associated with this submission. Any future orders or requests for additional copies require a new photo upload and a new submission of this agreement.
Photo Deletion: Upon delivery of the completed lithophane to the Client, the Creator will permanently delete the uploaded photo from their digital library.
No Unauthorized Use: The Creator agrees not to use the Client's photo for any purpose other than the creation of the specified lithophane without the Client's explicit written consent.
Contact Information Use: The Client agrees that the Creator may use the provided contact information solely for communication related to this specific lithophane order, including order updates, delivery information, and any necessary clarifications.
Model Release (if applicable):
If the uploaded photo contains recognizable individuals, the Client hereby grants the Creator permission to use the likeness of those individuals for the purpose of creating and displaying the lithophane.
The Client represents and warrants that they have obtained the necessary consent from all recognizable individuals in the photo for this specific use.
The Client releases the Creator from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the likeness of individuals in the photo.
Client Acknowledgment: The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement and agree to its terms by uploading their photo and providing contact information.

Totoka3D will collect your phone number and/or email address solely for these purposes:
- To process and deliver your order.
- To provide order-related support and respond to your inquiries
Data Privacy:
Your phone number and email address will not be sold, shared, or given to any third parties, except as required for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping carriers) or by law.
Your Rights:
You may request access to, or correction of, the contact information we hold about you. To do so, please contact us using the information on our website.
